Terms of Service

1) General Terms

✦ Artist reserves the right to decline client’s order if request is out of artist’s abilities or style.✦ Artist reserves the right to post the finished artwork social media platforms and/or portfolios. Client can request for commissioned piece to be private/not posted.✦ The final artwork will be sent through email or google drive. Files includes the final jpg, and a transparent png version (if applicable).✦ Clients are not allowed to redistribute or claim artwork as their own. Client can show credit by mentioning or tagging the artist when posting the artwork.

2) Payment

✦ Payments will be made through ko-fi. ko-fi accepts payments from paypal and card.✦ Payments will be made upfront. For commissions over $400, a 50/50 payment is possible with one half being made upfront and the rest being made after a coloured sketch is confirmed.✦ All payments are non-refundable. refunds are only available if the artist has not started on a sketch, or is unable to finish your commission for any reason.

3) Turnaround

✦ Completion of commission may vary from a few weeks to about a month depending on complexity and queue. Artist will be upfront about the progress and keep client updated!✦ Artist will provide regular progress updates for client throughout, or when the client requests it.

4) Revisions

✦ Client is welcome to request changes throughout the process, and is encouraged to voice out any edits they would like applied to the artwork✦ Minor changes are free of charge. For major changes during the final stages of the artwork, there will be a fee imposed. Major changes includes requests to change the final pose, colour palette, etc

Usage

1) Personal Use

Personal usage of commissioned pieces that does not result in monetary value. The client can:
⏾ Post artwork on socials for personal use or to promote themselves
⏾ Print artwork for personal display
⏾ Any other non-commercial usage as the client pleases

the prices displayed on the commission info page are for personal use commissions

2) Commercial Use

Commercial usage of commissioned pieces intended for monetary gain, examples include:
⏾ Merchandise
⏾ Printed or digital publications
⏾ Other commercial usage of artwork

for commercial use, prices will incur additional fees of 100% - 200% of base price.

In other words, base price will be doubled or tripled depending on what the artwork will be used for.
